Dear bcarya,
Thanks for quick response. I have tried to download the same from the member portal but the message always reflecting that "EPF has not uploaded the passbook yet" the message showing since couple of months.
Please read once what message i have received through EPF grievance......
"The office already taken necessary action by filing prosecution against the establishment and also FIR u/s 406/409 IPCfor defalcation of the fund of the esempted trust etc.and trying the best to do the needful in the matter."
Now Please tell me is there any way to possible to get 30yrs hard work earned money.

Dear PREMGUPT JI,
As per the response of your grievance from EPFO, it seems that your organization was maintaining EPF Trust and they defalcate the fund.
Are you still on job there or you have left the service?

No, My service end in 2010. Till date i am chasing for the same. Not getting any response from my organization.
Chances are that your organization have specific login-id and password for PF and related operations, with the PF authority. If you request a query, I hope they might be in a position to give you the necessary details you may need.

Dear PREMGUPT JI,

The EPF Exempted organization maintain EPF Trust and give the services same like EPFO, except pension. In this, the EPF Fund is managed by the Trust only and periodic details are submitted to the concern EPFO. You can ask the EPFO to provide you the copy of details sheet of your account submitted by that organization. If they have passed the Pension Fund to EPFO and you are eligible for Pension, then you can claim for Pension to the EPFO.

For withdrawal of Fund, you should send a written application to that organization with CC to concern EPFO Office and Central EPFO. Give the application through Speed / Regd. Post only. If you have given any prior application to them, then you should also mention about that in this application.

As the EPFO has already replied your that they have lodged FIR u/s 406/409 IPC for defalcation of the fund against that organization, that means someone had already complained to the EPFO regarding non-settlement of EPF Fund. You should also submit complaint regarding not replying and non-settlement of EPF Fund.

As this is the matter of PF Fund, so it is better to follow-up with the EPF Department, instead of that Organization. Let the EPFO handle the organization. Give written application to concern EPFO to tell you about the status and balance of your EPF A/c. If you have any EPF Slip with you, which contains your EPF A/c No., then quote that number in your correspondence with EPFO. Give the application by hand at EPFO Dak or through Speed / Regd. Post only.

Hope this will help you.

Even though the PF is maintained by a Trust seperately they are supposed to give yearly balance statement of PF to the employees. Hope in the long 32 years of your service such statements would have been given to you showing your balances. However this is too late and already 3 years lapsed after your leaving the company. Immediate approach with EPF Authority will help you in resolving your issue.
Regards.
