Dear friend,
I am going to resign from my current job. I have been worked here for 2 and half years. In this span of experience I have received once my 15 days salary as leave salary in the month of April (for April 2012 to March 2013) . I am going to resign in the month of December. Am I eligible for leave salary from April 2013 to till resignation date?

HI yes you are eligible for leave encashment in your full and final settlement. number of days will be calculated based the days worked and it will be a part of your final settlement.
