Dear All,
Could you please help me confirm on the following calculations and let me know the results so that I could confirm if I had done it right.
Fixed Variable
A 6,00,000 60,000
B 6,70,000 67,000

Point 1- Apply a overall 5% increment to both A & B

Point 2- Calcualte the arrears from 20-aug-13 till 31-Dec-13 for A
Calculate the Arrears from 15-Oct-13 till 31-Dec-13 for B

HI Your statement is not clear. Could you make it more elaborate as the statement/number given is vague (A 6,00,000 60,000 B 6,70,000 67,000 ).

here are the details:-
Fixed Salary Bonus Total CTC (Fixed Salary + Bonus ) Arrear Calculation date
Person A 6,00,000 60,000 6,60,000 20-Aug-13
Person B 6,70,000 67,000 6,67,000 15-Oct-13
Now I would like to confirm on the following:-
1) If a overall 5% increment applicable to both A & B what the amount will be.
2) If we are giving both of them a increment in Dec'13 then please let me know the amount of arrears for both of them from their Arrear Calculation date.
I hope I am able to present the facts in a better way now.

Dear Mr. Akhil,
Thank you very much for sharing the details however I am not sure if arrears for 4 months and 12 days could reach in lacs / thousands. Also if you could let me know if we have to calculate arrears only for the fixed salary then what it would be.

in my first attachment, calculation is based on assuming monthly salary as 6 L or 6.7 L. now i am attaching sheet according to your requirement as 6 L and 6.7 L as yearly salary.
