Hi ....
I am Shri Hari Priya..... I am working as a Technical Recruiter for past 1.3yrs... where initially, to explore in the area of employee retention i planned to start my career in Recruitment... now i feel, its the right time to change my profile from Recruitment to HR Generalist to explore more intot employee retention......
Can any one help me by providing suggestion and guidelines regarding my plan.... ? and is it right to change from recruitment to Generalist?
and may i know the way to learn more about employee retention techniques?

Hi Priya, Recruitment is only one aspect of HR and there are lot of things that can be done as a generalist. so you can go ahead with it.
