Hi,

I have been working with TCS for 1.2years, as a contract employee through a third party company. My contract period is 1.6 years and I need to work with fixed salary through this period. I got selected for Tech mahindra and the company wants me join in a month. But, my payroll company is refusing to give me early relieving. They have been very rude to me when I asked for early relieving, they are demanding an amount of 2 Lacs. I have checked with my TCS management and they are unable to help me. I can't afford the amount to the payroll company. I am planning to approach the Tech mahindra company with fake relieving, since my work experience is genuine and I'm sure that I can prove my ability. Please suggest me, if this is a right kind of approach and what are all the options available for me.

I'm afraid about the back ground verification procedure from Tech mahindra. Will I be enlisted to the black list, if I get caught in the back ground verification? Please suggest me with all the possible options, as soon as possible and the correct way to get in to Tech manindra.

P.S: All the education related documents are with me.

Don't ever think of making a fake letter for relieving as it may take you from bad to worse situation.
Just look at your contract letter and check the conditions for early relieving. It must have some conditions or the notice period etc. and please describe it's conditions for the contract.
Also, you can simply consult with tech mahindra HR that your employer or third party not ready to relieve you early and see what they say or suggest.

Do not adopt short cut measures. Tell your current employer about the new offer (no need to inform the employer's name) that you would like to be relieved earlier. Simultaneously, meet the HR of your prospective employer and describe your current situation and try to explore
the possibility of extending your joining period. If you think of making fake documents, one day you shall be caught and you may even loose your current job and future prospective job.
Best of Luck
