First of all, I would like to request you to explain one thing to your that friend, Knowledge is gain through Experience only. Knowledge from books is different thing, but the knowledge gained on Job is different. The interviewer will caught him easily, that he had mentioned fake experience.

But, now these days, Job Portals are the biggest source for selection of appropriate candidate. So, most of the organization uses these portal's services for Recruitment.
There may be any feedback option in Naukari.com or any same type of Job Portal, where an "Registered Employer" may give the feedback on any particular Candidate's Profile.
So, I would like to request to such users, who uses the Job Portals as "Employer" with the credentials of their Registered Employer, to give their views on this, if they want to share.
If there is such type of option, than might be the other Registered Employers can see these comments. It could effect on the candidature of any individual.
But, usually the companies take feedback from the previous employer. At that time, if the feedback was not given good by the last employer, then it could create problem.
