Dear all,

I am planning out for some kind of Ongoing fun and light activities acroos every month or week. I have already searched out Citehr but not getting some relevant as required below.

But i am not able to explore many ideas except only 2 like (1) Thanks giving day/week in which we we distribute fish shape figures to all staff and they can write thanks wishes to any no. of people in office they want to give. and put it in a fish bowl after writing. similarily for outlocation offices, they can send it email. HR will publish this whole compiled data to all and on notice board will put all the thanks wishes. the person who got maximum wishes can get a gift also.

2) Bujho to jaane - childhood Pics of some staff members published on email and notice board. staff need to recognize the same.

Also suggest on some kind of "pick of the week" or "puzzle of the week, "word search" etc kind of stuff. and some interesting stuff for HR Bulletin board.

Please suggest me similar kind of light and fun activites which can be played other than on some special occassion and Gathering of people at one place in not must/ required.

Regards

Hi Ms.Ghr,
You could use the occasion of X'mas or New Year to engage your employees uniquely. Consider showering some simple, little surprises on them to show that you truly care. Such small things can go a long way :)
Find a collection of unique ideas here : Friend, Surprise your Team on X'mas: Santa Claus in the Washroom, Baraati Welcome, Beer in Tea Jars etc.
