Hi!! I am a B.tech Fresher and I had no job after completing my B.tech so I decided to work at HCL technologies ltd BPO serves as TSO for part-time.
HCL BPO asks employees to work for at least 6 months to get an experience letter. But after 3 months I got placed in Accenture which is also a registered member of NSR.
I left HCL before 6 months without any notice and got absconded (that's what all freshers do, otherwise they ask for 50k.No such bond was signed).
SO will there be an issue when I join Accenture?
In my NSR profile, my current employment is still mentioned as an HCL BPO server (not verified). I am joining Accenture as an Associate s/w engg , so will there be any issues with the background check? Lots of freshers leave hcl every month without notice but I haven't heard any case of an issue when they join other companies. So should I be worried about giving my ITPIN to Accenture after joining?

Well, as you have not completed the probation and left the HCL in just three months then you do not need to serve the notice period.
Also, as concern as background check, hhave you mentioned your current profile in your CV then you have to clerify the things to HR if you don't have the relieving letter.

No I have not mentioned anything about this in my CV. BPO experience doesn’t count in a technical s/w engg job. I logged into my NSR profile and removed HCL as current employer.
