Registering Partnership Firm For Factory Act

Dear Sir my co located at andheri mumbai; is more than 35 year old and was registered under factory act. Last year we added a new partner keeping everything same. Being small firm we have not registered our deed. Is it compulsory to register our partnership deed for getting our license renewed under factory act.

yes u have to full up form 1 to that you have to attach the list of partners with the partner ship deed for the proof that he is u r partner other wise the license will be on u r name only.
