Dear all
I have been working as an Technical Executive in a PSU since last 6 years.
Thought I am getting good pay and other benefits, I find working culture in my company as hopeless ,full of redtapism and no respect to Individual intelligence.
As such i do feel to leave the organization and start fresh. I do have a good academic record ,and I want to persue MBA from recognized institute and preparing for it.The problem is now my age is 30, i do fear that due to my age i may not be preferred.
So dear Cite HR\'s can you kindly suggest or comment :
1. Should/n\'t I pursue for MBA course (citing reason of age)?
2.whether preference is given to younger candidate while selection for a firm or to work Experience of 5 years?
Thanks in advance

Dear Amit Kumar
You are 30 my dear not 50. I did not know how did you come to know that you are too old to pursue your MBA. According to me you are in good position because you are not only 30 years old but you also have 6-years experience. It is right time to take admission in MBA but one thing I'd like to recommend you that do not start as fresher and do not leave your job immediately, rather take admission in MBA complete your first year and then search a job with having this one in hand. Always leave first job when you have been offered another one.
Best Wishes,
Have A Nice Career,
