My dear,
The reply as well as the draft of Mr Jain is very useful and impressive. However, I will like to add that when you constitute the enquiry please keep him informed. The enquiry Officer should also keep the person posted with the dates of the enquiry. Such actions should also be incorporated by the Enquiry Officer in his report as a token of having offered a fair opportunity to the employee concerned to have appeared before the Enquiry Officer and put up the defence. On the basis of the Enquiry Officer, having done , as suggested, the management will be held fair in dismissing the service of the concerned.
