Dear Sir,
I would like to ask about a dispute with my previous company. I was working there for 5 months (not confirmed employee). They are denying to give my experience letter on the ground of my chat history of me and my colleague in which we have discussed about our problems with the company and we talked bad about company but we didn't do anything to harm our company. We were sincere employee taking care of company image and clients etc.
Can they deny to give us experience letter on the basis of our chat history details which was through office email id. They didn't terminated me in fact I had resigned on Nov 1, 2013.

It is not correct on the part of the company to deny experience letter to you based on your chat wih your colleague. Chatting is purely personal but you should have taken it up with the concerned to solve the problems. There is no point in discussing it among colleagues which amounts to degrading your own company. However the company cannot accede to your request to issue the experience letter. Send a letter to the company for the letter and if they deny ask them to give it in writing.
