Hi Senior Members,
I am an HR professional with almost two years of experience as HR Generalist. The company that i had worked was an IT firm from Kerala. I was handling the Generalist functions from their Corporate Office. Recently I moved to Chennai and i have got a Job as HR in BPO, the profile mainly includes recruitment and payroll functions. The pay is 2,00,000 per year. I am confused if its a right decision to work in the BPO industry. I really want to know if this job will be appropriate for my future growth. Please help me to know whether i should continue with the job,or wait for more better opportunity.

Hi As you you are looking for job I believe that it is better to take the offer. As of now you can handle Recruitment & Payroll & later state you make yourself for adding the responsibilities in other core of HR too. I hope that will be wise decision.
