By relevant document I meant all the documents that the outsourcing agency asked from us like , TAN Number , Certificate of Incorporation, PAN details etc while signing the agreement.
I am taking the services of an outsourcing agency so I don't think Contracting License is required on our part.
What I am asking is that when the outsourced employees will join us then as a client for the employees do we have to get some documentation done from those outsourced employees like asking them to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement or some other documents.
