Dear Seniors,
I would like to seek your help in the following matter.
If a company is in the process of hiring outsource employees (Software Engineers) from an outsourcing agency for a specified period then what all documentation the company has to do with the employees that are coming on board.
The company has already signed an agreement with the outsourcing agency and provided the agency with all the relevant documents that has been asked for.
Please suggest on the above.
Thanks

Hi Nainz,
By relevant document I meant all the documents that the outsourcing agency asked from us like , TAN Number , Certificate of Incorporation, PAN details etc while signing the agreement.
I am taking the services of an outsourcing agency so I don't think Contracting License is required on our part.
What I am asking is that when the outsourced employees will join us then as a client for the employees do we have to get some documentation done from those outsourced employees like asking them to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement or some other documents.
Hope now you will be able to understand it better.

Any Suggestions from Seniors and if they will like share more on the above post?
