It is unfortunate that you landed in a company where there is nothing worth mentioning.
However since the name is not revealed( for obvious reasons and rightly so) it will not be useful to others.
Further since there is nothing good as per your posting what do you expect from the forum?

Everything you have written in your post is vague. You are shooting the target but in the dark. Your allegations are flying around. But with so many allegations, you must have tons of evidence. Why you did not approach labour office of your area with this evidence to fix them?
By the way which is the industry the company is in? Does the company have labour union? Why employees are unable to form union to protect their interest? By raising vague issues anonymously in the public forums will the problem be solved? Was gaining some sympathy from fellow member was the only objective behind this post?
The penultimate line of your post says "I advice, if you ever get a call from these people, you should not go for it." But then how to make out the company is fraudulent or treat their employees like garbage?

#AnonymousThere are number of companies - specially small scale industries growing due to demand of their products. But they do not have right attitude / many of them follow the policies as listed by the member. I have come across Cases, where the following is done by such companies:
1) PF is deducted but not paid - for years
2) Company takes possession of Original documents on false promises and refuses to return these documents to compel the employee to continue to work.
3) Issue 'Offer Letter' instead of 'Appointment Letter'. Candidate (who has already resigned from earlier job) is paid 50 % of promised salary -on pretext that his / her performance is not satisfactory and is unable to leave as Original Documents are now the employer, without a long fight.

However, that there are several companies which exploit employees (not paying them in full, keeping the original documents etc) and it would be really nice if there could be an arrangement to name and shame the companies which do such stuff.
