All right seniors let me be very clear to you all.

As i said before my senior hr has resigned for the job and right now i have to look after all hr activities. The problem is that as my company is small we do not have proper system. i want to develop that. except recruitment and pay roll no other hr work is being done in my company. even my before hr was not much experienced and i too joined as a fresher. i do not have any proper training or guidance from any of my seniors.

The following are the activities that i am doing at present

Recruiting( i conduct initial round. we usually recruit sales team for other states. so i call candidates who have good experience in sales and marketing through phone and ll conduct initial round of interview. if i feel he is suitable for profile i ll ask him to present his documents and my MD will take final round through phone and we issue offer letter for selected candidate)

employee induction

Attendance ( i collect daily visit reports from sales team and prepare their attendance sheet)

i do follow up with sales team regarding their performance

sending thoughts for the day mails and welcome and birthday wishes mails

Maintaining employee records

Pay roll.

some admin work like mails to printers for employees i card and visiting cards.

Till now am doing doing only the above things everyday whereas i know there are lot more to do in HR. But nothing like that is happening in my company and my boss is not bothered as he always focus on only sales team and revenue generation. i do not have job satisfaction as i know what am doing is very less to the company

so please tel about all areas of hr which can be implemented in a small company like mine. especially what i can do in compensation and performance management.i have only bookish knowledge and no one is there to help me in my company. i do not know whether am clear in my communication or not but i ll be highly thankful if u understand my problem and help me out in this regard

looking forward to hearing from you

Thanks and Regards

Lathika
