Hi, I work in a startup company. i paid 35k as training fees in java but i was good at designing and were always assigned designing work and didnt recieve any training in java. In our mail from we were told we would get 10k as stipend for 3 months but in our joining letter it was mentioned 5k for 6 months and increment on performance. They told they will increase according to performance. Its been two months and they havnt credited a single rupee. while creating the bank account in the company the bank representative asked if i want to opt for health insurance. Since the first transaction in any corporate account has to be done by the company, a premium of 1200 will be deducted from my first salary and my health and accident insurance will get activated. However since they never gave salary it was never activated. I got burnt yesterday and got second degree burns in my hand i have no accident insurance only because of the company's fault. What steps should i take to file a complaint? I want to ask for compensation amount besides the salary and training cost(since i never got training). Also how many days usually does the process take? Other faults of the company are they forced girls to come in night shift to office without proper work environment. There is no security for women. Neither drop and pickup service. As they were not paying salary i gave resignation 3 days ago. But still they should have paid by 8th November as that is the salary day and if they had paid i wouldnt have to go through all this agony. This is a second degree burn but what would have happened if it were sumthing even more serious .
you can report the matter to the Labour authorities and seek compensatiuon under workers compensations
since i do no tknow the details, you will need to be guided by any company policies, if you have some
regards, N
