Dear Seniors,

I completed MBA-HR from a college affiliated to Pune University and later worked for 2 years in a manufacturing company. The job did not interest me because I had to handle all administration work like maintaining office expenses, getting certificates from govt. offices for MPCB, DIC, etc. Only once in a month I did something related to payroll. I was a namesake HR Executive in that company. I left the job in August 2013. Now, I am seriously thinking about my career. I have an interest in the field of IT Recruitment. I studied IT as part of my B.Sc. in Mathematics degree from Mumbai University. But I am unaware how to go for an entry level IT Recruiter job. As an entry level job, I will get lesser salary than what I used to get prior. I am ready for that. So, I need some advice on how to get an entry level IT Recruiter job. What skills are required in an IT Recruiter? What questions can be asked in an IT Recruiter Interview? Please help me.

Also, If you know where can I find walk-ins for entry level IT Recruiter job, please let me know...

Regards,

Tony Fernandes
