1. Is there any different minimum wages for Hotel Manager in Bihar.
2. In which category Hotel \"HR Executive\" would fall under of minimum wages. Or what should be the minimum wages for this position in Bihar.
If anybody is having any answer with proper docs pls forward to me. I would be thankful to that person.

I am not sure why you have this doubt. In all companies across india, the minimum wages is mostly applicable for the workers category. Recently have come across the Bihar minmum wages gazettee and attaching for your reference.
The hotel manager and HR executive will come under the Supervisory/clerical category.

Thanks for your reply. Yes already I got that gazette and have implement from October itself. Though I had that doubt as because I had a verbal discussion with one of Bihar labour officer on this that there are different wages category for managers. So I wanted to confirm.
