Today i had interview for IT recruiter job, I am having experience in in house recruitment, so when interview asked me "Do i have experience in Niche skills?" so i couldn't able to answer for that. so can anyone please explain what is Niche skills and how i can learn and implement it.

Hi Anand,
"niche" is just a expression used to "ask the interviewee" whether he/she has the "skills to recruit on specific requirement and in your case maybe IT recruitment". As you know in IT there are various positions and it varies from company to company. Like there are recruiter who have "niche experience" in recruiting "Java programmers", "PHp programmers", "game tester", Animation Artist etc etc.
