Hi,
It doesn't sound good to hear that you are in your 3rd company before 3 years of your career length. Nowadays many company are looking for candidates who have worked at least 3 years in one company. If you want to shift your job because you are in bench, then you shall approach your immediate supervisor and discuss the same, as they would have hired you with some business plan. Avoid taking aggressive decisions which would not help you on a longer run. Good luck!

On the other side. you can decide how you want your career could be. Its basically arises because of the packages a company offers. In future try to go through as much as you can about the company before you accepting thier offer. Now its not too late. You can check out for a good company where you can spent atleast three to five years to make your profile stronger. But frequent change will spoil your career and recruiter will see you as frequent jumper and you will not have proper growth as an professional. Its upto you to decide. Achieve something before you put on your papers. All the best!!!!
