Hi
You can try to transfer the PF to the new organisation from the OLD organisation.
Other wise call the HR department of the old organisation and ask them the process the PF. You notice what is their reply. If at all they are not giving any proper response then you shall approach PF department directly or there are other options too for claim. Those options shall be discussed later on requirement.
Regarding ESI you please approach ESI local office and ask them the status. While going there you should take the acknowledgement which you had received for submission the application & the documents for claims

The SA8000 standard is the central document of our work at SAI. It is one of the world’s first auditable social certification standards for decent workplaces, across all industrial sectors. It is based on conventions of the ILO, UN and national law, and spans industry and corporate codes to create a common language to measure social compliance. It takes a management systems approach by setting out the structures and procedures that companies must adopt in order to ensure that compliance with the standard is continuously reviewed. Those seeking to comply with SA8000 have adopted policies and procedures that protect the basic human rights of workers. Below are the nine elements in the SA8000 Standard:
Child Labor
Forced & Compulsory Labor
Health & Safety
Freedom of Association & Right to Collective Bargaining
Discrimination
Disciplinary Practices
Working Hours
Remuneration
Management Systems

Hi
If a sub contractor does not submit PF & ESIC returns on time ie 15th & 21st respectively then does he need to pay penalty month wise. How is this penalty calculated. One of our sub contractor has not submitted payments on time. The compliance agency representing the client is demanding late payment challans from us & the sub contractor claims only PF office can order him to pay the penalty.
Please advice
