I'd like to share my new article where I review another HR KPI: "Revenue per Employee" and research a possibilities that CEO and HR can use to execute a business strategy better using this KPI:

I also did some research, why not compare your "Revenue per Employee" with the value of this KPI in Apple.
Finally, I show how it is possible to add "Revenue per Employee" KPI to your Balanced Scorecard.
