Let me introduce my-self. Am shirisha, working as system/DBA administrator in IBM India Pvt Ltd.
Completed my B.tech in electrical and electronics in 2010. Now planning to do MBA in distance.
Total I gained 3years of IT experience.
Will you please suggest me which field is better for my career growth.
Is that HR? Finance? or Marketing? Also, I have dual course option.
Please advice me, waiting for you replies.

Dear Sirisha, Why do you want to jump from IT to Management! if you wanna jump please check in for MBA finance which has lot of opportunities.

Thanks for your response, it's not jumping from IT to Management, wanna build my career for promotions as TL or some good position instead working in shifts and seeking for better hike and qualification to achieve it.
Also, as you had suggested to take FInance in MBA, hope this needs background of Accounts which I don't have....
Thanks,
Shirisha K

Yes, as you fear it would be difficult for students from non-finance stream to finance stream though it's not impossible. For one with B.Tech-EEE,Marketing & HR combination might suit better especially you already served for over 3 yrs. in ITech.field. It won't be a bad idea if you would specialise in SW or some HW courses,in short term, say 6 months or < one yr.which are hot in the job market right now before it becomes cold after 2 yrs.by the time you complete the course. All the best.
