Hello,
No one can guarantee that you would get a good job even if you are a PhD in HR fron top university. Do the course and rise up career ladder with your work experience hard work, dedication and love that you do.

Hi,
It depends on your skills, your subject knowledge & your previous qualification, experience (if any). Still if you find difficult in getting a job in HR, go for a certified course. Join any one of the certified courses in HR (performance appraisal, Training, etc.,) & grab some real time experience. This will work for you.
Have a bright future ahead.

You will definitely get a job, not just because you did a course from Top University, but as you deserve it all your efforts, your skills, your dedication to build a good career.... Don't worry start you Job Hunt.. The Very first step of Job Hunt is get registered to your self on the Job Portals. Like Naukri.com , Monster.com , ReKruiTIn.com , Shine.com etc.. You can also see the recent jobs & apply...
And along with this keep yourself updated with the recent activities..
