I just want to Know what is the difference between UGC MBA certificate of India and CIPD Qualification from UK. and also want to know what id TUPE? what is the level of MBA certificate ? how these level are categorized?

Well, I feel MBA is Post Graduate Degree that teaches us basics of Business Administration in General, whereas CIPD is certification course "HR and Learning and Development Specific with major thrust on UK labor Laws and HR global practices". The importance of both degree will matter what Job provider wants. If you look for job aboard say US/UK/Middile East/Europe/Australia a CIPD will give you an edge over candidate who has only MBA.
