Women should always be given a general shift to work. I am working inMnc for Uk hours by the time I reach home it 11.30 or 12.30 .Though lots of security measures are taken by the company for women employees

As a matter of fact, the MNCs are following the timings of the country in which they offer service. Hence the working hours cannot be scheduled as per Indian timings.
