i am the member of HR club in my collage.

so please suggest me what type of activity should be conducted..to make the class activity participating and interesting.

As we don't know what you know about NEPOTISM, it is very difficult to guide you. Nepotism in industry / business especially, means showing undue favours to a particular employee for a variety of reasons for different purposes such as granting leave when the employee is not eligible, promotion, performance review, etc.etc Incometax officer showing favours to an assessee. Government official sanctioning something, when the applicant is not eligible. So, Nepotism is prevalent in all walks of life, which we see in the media all the time. I suggest you construct a role play depicting a situation where the Manager makes a decision which is biased , and then have a debrief of what nepotism is , why it should be avoided and how to prevent it .
