Hi All,
I am an MBA HR professional with 5 years’ experience in recruitments (Working as a Recruiter with a MN product company). I would like take the help of other HR professionals in exploring the all available options on Growth/Career progression opportunities that an HR can choose to be part of both or either technical & functional roles. Few options that I am thinking of are as follows
SAP HR – I am not sure on the best institute to do the certification - Need your Suggestion
Certification in HR – I am not sure on the source to go for certification - Need your Suggestion
Any other Career progression opportunities - Need your Suggestions on the other options
Kindly provide your valuable inputs, which will certainly help me to be part of best suitable challenging role in my next employment. Your help in this regards will certainly be appreciated

Hi Vinod,
Good day!
Your first option is a good one. And HR field is a vast area where you can learn more for that you have to start working in all the verticals of HR. I don't say that MBA is enough and you don't prefer any certificate course. But MBA will do more than enough only thing is you select your working platform. You might have gained enough experience in Recruitment, change your vertical to Training and development / OD / Employee Relations / IR / Pay roll etc. So that you can explore more things and you will learn more.
