Usually the Civil service rules contain an efficiency bar in the pay scale at which stage an employee gets his increment subject to crossing the bar or an increment ceases to accrue when an employee reaches the stagnation stage in the pay scale.If they stop increment, tey have to communicate the reasons.I feel it must have skipped their mind.you can take up the matter with teh competent authority.

if the employee got confirmation with increment in 0ctober, and employer wants to effect it from April, so how it will be calculated in April? increment amount of October to April will be paid as arries or increment arries ????? suggest
