Our company deducted 10% to 20 % amount from different level of staff as a variable pay from their CTC but not paying deducted Variable amount 1. To whom, who has left the company even after completed the required formalities. 2. Paying to some staff 100% some staff 80 % and nothing to some staff.
Condition of variable payment is depending upon company's performance and individual performance. Company performance showing good as per company's annual report but individual performance hidden (not told to employee).
My question is that any legal option available with staff who are not satisfied with company decision to claim their Variable Amount. CTC letter is given in written to all employee.
