i joined aflac tourism services in 2017 feb after 2 years working in aflac company want to sign bond from me for 2 yrs i singned for 2 yrs while read 3 terms that u dont work in any competetiors company and not share this concept to any other party . but now after singning bond company try to clear my salary in 2 month .but as per me company signed bond in a 4 size sheet with no stamp paper and no letter 0of company . now i want to break the aggrement because of these issues
now compant try to tell for 2 yrs jail 18 month salary penalty .
even they are not providing that aggrement copy for my own record.
please help me regarding this as per me this a trap
no training provide to me regarding this process
even no training document i have signed that company incured this must cost by company

In general employee cannot be forced to sign Non disclosure Agreement especially during the mid of employment. When you are in non agreement with the terms of NDA you should not have signed it even if it is A4 paper and you should have requested for a copy when you have signed the same. Hope they have not stamped and registered the document. In such case the validity of that document can be challenged in the court even if they proceed legally.
However you can approach your employer and try to resolve the issue at the employer level smoothly.
Your Employee Bond is okay but you should use the words like "training cost incurred by the company during the training period"because in case of any breach by prospective candidate you can recover the cost which your company incurred towards his/her training. Please note that you shall have to provide all the facilities like P.F. E.S. I. leaves as per norms.
You can get it executed on Nion-Juducial Stamp Paper. Lastly your bond doesn't contain the signatures of witnesses and preferably you should insist that it should be witnessed by his/her parents.
