We're recruiting HR & Client Manager- (Work from Home) for an Australian Based Company. We need help to understand Labour Laws for the respective employee before we draft the work agreement.
Are there any specific rules in regards to the duration of employment contracts? Can we recruit the person on Casual Basis?
What are the benefits to that employee working from home? In Australia we are a team of 4.
Will employee be entitled to take holidays as per the australian public holidays or india public holidays?
We will be providing travelling allowances, telephone allowances and internet allowances to the employee.
Is employee entitled for any annual leave or sick leave etc?
The person will be based in Mumbai and working from home.
