Date 23.04.09 dear all i seek your valuable advice in the matter given below. i was working in a real estate / construction industry for the last 3 years in a responsible position. due to some unavoidable circumtansances i got resigned from the service as per the company s policy all the confirmed employee should intimate one month notice period in advance before resign and i did the same but in my case they have released me before completing my notice period. now hr deptt is deducting my notice pay from my salary. kindly tell whether i will pay my notice pay to them or they should reimburse me the same.:?: waiting for your advice and reply thanks & regards shikha mittal: hikhamittal2009gmail.com"shikhamittal2009gmail.com

Dear seniors i am new to this forum and also to the hr in india. so i am hoping to get your expert advice to help me understand more on this. currently i am working in a company in singapore. we are expandind our business in india so i am tasked to handle overall hr there.i was wondering if you could advice me where to start from. : i have some staff who have already started work as contractors. we wanted to give them full time employment but they insisted on getting 10 months renewable contract as according to them this will get them some kind of taxation relief. could you please help me elaborate how does it work and will there be any implications if we give them 10 months contract and give them a renewal with 1 day break in service. i have scrached my head to figure out the things but failed would appreciate if someone can help me and show me some light thank you all. regrads shelly

Hi before i proceed with my question i am in a company of which the nature of the business is a service maintenance of highways. i would like to know more about how counselling session is being conducted. is it appropriate to conduct a counselling session to a project manager who fails to carry out his duties properly and further to that the client failed to give certificate of completion. the immediate superiors feels that the staff should be given show cause. seek your advice on this. thank you.
Job - sap freshers sad situation
Hiee all its sad to write this here.dont we get fresher job in sap field even people are ready to work without any pay ?? i want to know whether the opening have not posted or there is no opening.if there is no opening for freshers how come freshers can become consultants without any opportunity given to us ?? your suggestions and advice are need to us ..
