Dear Member,
This is a common problem now a days that employer does not relieve an employee on promising date. 60 days are enough to find a replacement.
If this continues for a longer time, your future employer may lose an interest in you and may hire someone else.
In this case, please wait for this week. If things do not improve, then you may have a discussion with your HR/Immediate Supervisor. In worse case, you can also schedule a meeting with your company's CEO/Board of Director.
Meanwhile, send a mail to your HR to relieve you by this week, keep your current employer and future employer in CC. So, they can also be aware about your situation.
Thanks & Regards,
Shreya Parikh
