Dear Concern,
I have joined in central govt organisation on july 2012. I have completed 1year of service at the company. After 3 months of my 1year service, suddenly they have issued relieving letter. In which they did not mention anything.
I joined under PWD (Visually handicapped category).
I do not know what to do? I been taking time to time inputs from my supervisors and they too are giving me the feeback and i am following them strictly. I feel like i been cheated by my supervisors.
Please help me in this issue regarding.
Regards,
Aditya

If you are on probation period, the company need not to give any notice or reason to relieve. Similarly you can also leave the organisation without serving any notice period or giving any reason for leaving the organisation. Hope the same might have been mentioned in your Offer of employment on probation letter issued to you before joining the organisation. The probation period is created to take a person on trial basis and if the person suits for the company, then they can engage the candidate permanently or they can terminate.

But, I completed 1yr of service on july 3rd. After 3 months of intial probation period, they suddenly given relieving letter. As per the central govt policy. If yu dont receive any confimation or extension about your probation it considered to be confirmation.

If you dont receive any information for 3months after your intial probation, it is considered to be confirmation.
Ths is applicable for central govt employees "A probationer who is not making satisfactory progress or who shows himself to be inadequate for the service in any way should be informed of his shortcomings well before the expiry of the original probation period so that he can make special efforts at self-improvement."

Dear Aditya
If you are falling under the category of workmen, then you can approach one Mr. Anjaneyulu in Chikkadpalli JCL Office RR District. He will guide you in this regard. Else you can file a civil suit in your company's Jurisdiction.

Or approach cat bench which can take up your case. Since you were recruited under ph category they could have transferred you instead of relieving.

If you are on probation then nothing wrong and it happens. But still if you want to know the reason then just have a quick review of your work and if possible then consult with HR regarding. However, as they relived you before completion of your probation then I don't thin you can't do anything if they are not willing to tell you the reason for that.

In Many cases, the Government sector will do like this. Because they dont care about the consequences. The Probation can't claim confirmation, even in case of employment even after probation period, in one point of view. In another point of view, the engagement of probationer is meant for to fill the Permanent vacancy will leads to confirmation.
You can ask them for releif otherwise approach respective forum to get releif.
