Can a former employer use an old incident to blackmail me?
Dear hr professional i am involved in a dispute with my former employer. i may file a lawsuit against the employer. however the employer is indirectly hinting about an incident where a female employee had levelled allegations against me. these allegations were not disclosed to me even when i had asked my employer about the issue. i had asked the employer to investigate these allegations / complaints but they did not. the female employee was upset because she wanted to leave with a notice of only 7 days whereas she was supposed to give a notice of 2 months. this happened over 3 years ago. the employer never acted on my complaint. my question is: can the employer take an almost 3yearold issue and use it against me? the employer seems to be using some blackmail tactics. this does not seem right to me as the employer should have investigated the matter when i had asked for it. please advise.
Employment bond cheque - need to rest for 3 months because of surgery - whether my employer will file a case?
Hai....i have an issue with my employer..at the time of joining i have given 1lakh cheque as my employment bond.. i went to.ofc for 2days..their after due to my health issue i have undergone a surgery. right now i can t further continue my job as i have to take rest for 34 months.... i have informed to.my hr regarding my health issue they said to send all the document related to my surgery... and they will not wait for 3 months.... they haven t given me any reply to my mail....they are not responding.. now i am worried about my cheque plz help me out with this issue.... whether my employer will file a case or not.... plz help.me out with this issue

Hi seniors i am working in small organization with less than 10 employeesnow i want to switch to new companybut current employer refusing me to issue salary slipas i got salary by cashonly thing i had proof now is my bank statement as i deposited salary monthly in accountnow what will be solution if my new company asked for salary slipbut current employer provided only experience letter but refusing to issue salary slip...what to do nowi worked in this organisation for 2 years but now he refusing to issue salary slip..please help me .
How many times an employer can issue no work no pay to a workman?
Respected seniors how many times an employer can issue no work no pay to a workman who puts biometric attendance and do not go to workplace sits at rest shelter everyday..inspite of controlling officer asks him to attend duty. my query sirs.. 1. is there any limits to issue no work no pay memos ? 2. what is the best method to tackle such situations other than standing orders. 3. if we issue a chargesheet for this misconduct. 4. can we issue again no work no pay for same misconduct when the workman is allowed for duty with pending enquiry.
Transfer pf from previous employer to current employer
Hi all i was working with a company from may 2013 to july 2015 then joined b company on the same month and working there presently. now i would like to transfer my pf from a company to b company provided both the companies have proper digital signatures in epfo website. but the issue is my previous company has been closed 6 months back. since both the employers having proper digital signatures there is no issue in submitting online transfer through epfo portal but though if i choose the attestation through my present employer it seems like epfo will contact previous employer for some verifications. i m not sure what to do on this issue now it would be great if anyone could guide me on this.
Regarding my salary from employer
Hi all i just need some help as am a software engineer and working on payroll of banglore based company and my working location is gurgaon. since few days m facing problem against my salary . i have done my 8 months over here but since last month i didnt get my salary as i talk to the hr manager then every time he told me that there is some technical issue occurs but my colleague already get salary . what can i do in this situation as every time whever i called to them they told me that there is some technical issue . i dnt think that there is some technical issue if its there then why my salary is on hold . just because of this issue i found lot of issue in my life like m living in my rented house having some personal issue as well . i dnt knw what can i do. kindly suggest me something to do ? thanks & regards sandeep pathak
