Salary kept on hold after submitting resignation - full and final settlement will be processed after 45 days
Hi team i have submitted my resignation in my current organisation on 25th august. notice period is 45 days. as soon as i submitted the resignation my salary was kept on hold and not received august month salary. payslip got generated but salary was kept on hold. not even releasing the partial amount to manage my basic needs. i don t have money to eat food also 😭. they will release this hold salary augustseptember 9 days in october with full and final settlement. so they are holding my 70 days salary. the full and final settlement will be processed after 45 days from last working day it seems. 45 days from october 9th 7045 115 days. i will die with hunger by then. i am a married guy need to take care of my family. i am working here from 23rd august 2021. appreciate your time and response. regards mohan m
Salary period calculation
Dear all in our company we have salary processing period from 1st to 30/31st of the month. now we are going to change this period and i have been asked to process salary from 26th of the previous month to 26th of the current month. now april 13 month salary period 1st to 30th april 13 has been processed. so i feel in this may 13 month salary should be processed from 1st may to 25th may 13. then in further months we may plan to process in 26th 25th period pattern. but one of the seniors saying that we cannot process salary for 25th days. can somebody tell me what actually should be done here so that salary could be processed timely for all the employees. pl reply now.... thanking you...

Revoking resignation
Hi my wife was working in a software company and given her resigntion in the month of may 1st week. due to some unforeseen circmstances she had to rejoin her job which is not acceptable by the employer because she had availed maternity leave for a year and resigned immediately after the leave exhausted without rejoining.therfore her resignation has been processed and cannot be revoked. also she has been asked to pay the excess amount paid as a salary during his leave period which we cannot able to pay and all her relieving formalities is on hold. please suggst a suitable way to revoke his resignation and can rejoin in the same organisation regards a shanmugavel ph : 9486983905
Left company without any notice or proper resignation
Hello i am nithin and i am here to get a clear idea about the action that could be taken by a company after leaving it without giving proper notice or resignation. scenario is as below: my brother joined cts in last october and since he got a better offer from another company he decided to quit cts. since he had to join the new company immediately he had to leave cts without notifying them and without submitting proper resignation. now after 2 months since he left cts he recieved a letter notifying that he will have to pay an amount equivalent to 2 months salary as notice period buy. if he fails to pay that they hav mentioned that they will take legal actioan against him. will this happen in reality? can they take any legal action? please advice on how to respond to this letter. thanks in advance

Hi i started up my career with mnc its into banking bpo in hyderabad where my salary is processed to my salary account. i worked there till level 2 position. recently joined another small company ites firm as a team manager. the salary here is given in the form of checks. my questions are: 1. what are my chances of getting into mnc s again without proper payslips here? 2. i dont think these guys do form 16 and taxes for us. how can i handle that? 3. if i think i getting into a mnc again after 2 years from now do they ask for form 16 or standard payslips? or salary certificate from these will do? please reply...
