The minimum wages notification of Andhra Pradesh is given in December for the half year Octoberf 2013 - March 2014 , The press note is generally given in the first half of October .

I am working in Addecco India Pvt.Ltd.deputed on Hindustan Media Venture Limited as a HR/Admin Executive.
my problem is i have joined dated on 20 Nov. 2012 . company ( addeco Deposit the Esi contribution Dec 2012 at arrier) . my wife delevary 06 june 2013 then claim to ESI but not accepted CMO written give to me not benefited period .he advice to me benifit period is July 2013.
Pls give the solution after six month doj claim benefit or not.

Dear Brijesh,
The CMO has rightly pointed out that your benefit period starts from July 2013.The following is the Contribution period and the corresponding benefit period of six months for you will better understanding.
Contribution period Corresponding benefit period
1st April to 30th September 1st January to 30th June of the year following
1st October to 31st March of the year following 1st July to 31st December of the calender year
Since your contribution has started in Dec 2012, your benefit period shall Start from July 2013. You may discuss with the CMO for the benefit of claim in respect of your wife's delivery.
