Dear all please find attached herewith details on uan universal account number the new system started by the uan will act as an umbrella for the multiple member ids allotted to an individual by different establishments. the idea is to link multiple member identification numbers member id allotted to a single member under single universal account number. this will help the member to view details of all the member identification numbers member id linked to it. if a member is already allotted universal account number uan then he / she is required to provide the same on joining new establishment to enable the employer to inturn mark the new allotted member identification number member id to the already allotted universal identification number uan.

I had resigned my organisation andi have settled my claim after one year i rejoin same organisation and my epf was again deducted on previous member id for 2 years then i had been allotted new member id. plz tel me how can i merge old balance to new id or how can i claim balance from old member id. my my pass book is showing 2 member id and balance too

I had two pf member ids linked to one uan.1 member id is 200708 is recently linked and another member id 20082009 has been already settled. now i want the final settlement for the 20072008 member id. i am no longer working for any organized sector. what can i do to withdraw this member id? vmalik

Dear all i m working for a private bank in the capacity of branch head last wek i received a complaint from a customer of our bank claiming one of our team member has borrowed rs 50000/ from him and failed to repay it. in my initial investigation the staff member accepted that. subsequently he is aguing that he did not borrow the money the brother of the staff member only borrowed that money. later the complaintant also agreed that he has lend the money to the brother. what action can i make against the staff member?

New feature - uan portal - member can update his/her date of leaving only after two months of his/her last contribution
Dear all got some valuable information regarding pf exit date so thought of sharing with you all. sometimes employer does not update the date of leaving of the member. in such cases member is not able to file transfer claim or final settlement claim. to overcome this problem a provision has been provided in the login of the member so that member can update his date of leaving. member can update his/her date of leaving only after two months of his/her last contribution received from the establishment. date of exit should be with in last wage month for which contribution was received. this functionality has been deployed at member portal. hope this is valuable for you as well. let me know your call on it.
