i am working one PVT LTD Company totally we are 26 employees are working ESI and PF benifit is not provied from my company side. we asked but no proper response
i attached salary structure as per my OFFER LETTER and PAYSLIP pls go through it and give me your feedback
we are not expecting ESI but PF is very important.
i heard this benefits is mandatory but they cheating employees any 1 can help pls

Your eligibility for pf will depend on a few factors.
What is the salary that you joined in ?
If basic + da at that time was more than ₹6500 then you would be an exempt employee (provided you signed the relevant forms asking for exemption). If not, then PF is mandatory.
If you believe you are eligible for PF, you can complain to the RPF office.
However, please remember that your company is not likely to be happy with your complain and you may find your self out do a job.
If you are in mumbai and your company has more than 20 employees and your gross earnings is less than 15000 per month, you will be eligible for esic cover also (limit now being raised to 25000)
