However, you could have provided additional information like what kind of HR processes are outsourced? Are there in-house HR staffs also and they monitor the contract employees? What HR activities are done and what HR activities are not done? What deliverables are linked to outsourced HR and for what deliverables in-house HR is responsible?
Are you going to provide outsourced HR services to any company? What processes have you included in your services? Has company calculated cost of not having certain HR processes?

Thanks for the prompt reply. This is a start up company and do not have any HR process,which means i would be planning to outsource entire HR department which includes recruitment, performance management,payroll ,leave.,softskills training.....etc.the cost has to be worked out per seat basis.Can you please help me with what i can quote?
