Now iam 100% disability person
what amount i can able to get as pension

You will get pension as per para 12(2) and 15 of pension scheme, which will be approximately Rs460/ -. Varghese Mathew 9961266966

The entire concept of pension at this rate seem to be a joke on the worker.
No wonder people try to avoid pf contribution or try to draw away the pension.
A person who was getting salary of 11000 will get a pension of 450 per month ....... It won't even give him a decent meal for 1 week !

Brindha, The calculation is ; Pensionable salary x pensionable service divided by 70. Varghese Mathew 09961266966

The amount deducted from your salary towards provident fund can be withdrawn by giving Form 19.The contribution to pension fund is paid by employer. In the unfortunate event you mentioned in the 3rd para above, I think ,your family will get widow pension. The details will be posted later.
