Well, better if you consult with your employer or HR first and see what they say as may be it was mistakenly happened and later if you find something is going wrong then you can go to the city or regional office of the concern department and register a complain.

If it is by error, then it is ok. But what is generally seen, they do all kinds of manipulations by not depositing PF Contribution. When they intentionally do it, any complaint by any individual with any authority will face the wrath of the management. What I suggest work out a strategy and raise RTI though somebody with EPF authorities to know the exact information. Any malpractice not only get exposed, but also at that stage itself it will get corrected. Regards.

Hellow, before lodging anycomplaintagainst our own working company you have to submit a representation to your HR/Accounts Deptt. and get a reply first.
Secondly, now a days there is a facility to see your PF details on the web.
Otherwise, you can enquire
from the PF Department
With all these, if you are
sure, then you can proceed
legally to get the justice.

Hi ,The PF number was tracked and it was a typo and I have a query
I left this organisation on July 25th 2013 and when I checked my PF balance on-line it states EE Rs 22217 and ER 6806 (ACCOUNTS updated upto 31-03-2013)
considering my contribution of Rs 780 and same amount by employer the total should exceed.
I worked with this company from 18th Oct 2010 to 25th July 2013

Dear Friends
In case of any anomalies in your pay sheet and PF Deduction please contact your HR Department and Accounts department of your organisation. If you are not getting any response from them then you can approach the appropriate authorities after checking the concerned website.
If you want to check the PF Balance available in your account please check from EPFO <link updated to site home> site. If you are not getting any proper SMS alert then again consult your HR Department.
At the final stage only please approach the EPF Office Enforcement Officers of your area regarding your query (Less paid or not paid). He will check all relevant documents at your office and in PF Records then he will further guide you regarding the next course of action.

Sir,
I would suggest you to first visit the epfo website Epfo (Govt. of India) and take a print out of epassbook. You can verify the contribution details and still have any grievance, you can either take it up with your HR people or register your grievance in EPFiGMS which you can do online in the epfo website. Secondly, the major chunk of the employer contribution is diverted towards Pension Fund and hence you cannot expect full refund of employer contribution towards PF. The employer contribution is paid as Pension if you eligible or returned as withdrawal benefit if you are not eligible for Pension.
