I have done my Post graduation diploma in HRM through Symbiosis in distance.
I just have 6 months experience in recruitment and 2years 6months experience in Medical claim processing. Now i wanted build my career in Hr, but do not have much knowledge. As i worked for 6 months in a consultancy as a HR executive i have some knowledge of recruitment?.
Further more, if i change my profile to HR i will be working only for 2 years as we will be planning for kids then i might take break for some time and then start working again.
Can you please suggest me what to do?
