Dear All,
I am working with one reputed company and recently my company has shifted in new premises. One of my colleagues from Admin department has done great job in all this process. so we have decided to give him Appreciation letter for the same.
Request you to please share sample of same if you have any...

There should not be a fixed format for Appreciation letters as these letetrs should have a sense of gratitude and warmth on the companies part. Hence it should be drafted as per the need and situation. But you should ideally include the following points:
1) The exact nature of work for which the appreciation letter is being issued?
2) Critical nature of the work for the company and how the project/task could not have been as successful without the input of the employee being appreciated.
3) Mention of the employee's helpful and good nature at work in the past.
