I have been part of very reputed company. I have been a good performer to company.In company interest only, I had problem with some vendor that is very close to my boss and also my boss is very close to his seniors. As far as, the agreement between vendor and company, vendor has to report to me only. I pressurized him to be proper in services on basis of written complaints of clients.When vendor complained my boss, he told me to resign, which I denied. Now my boss has recommended to management for my termination from company in the favour of vendor on the ground of defying the orders of senior ( not resigning). Even I am not allowed to enter in company premises from last 10 days. I am confirmed employee of company from last one year and I got best increments in appraisal ( At the time of appraisal, I had another immediate boss, who got transferred), I have both appointment and confirmation letter that they need to give 3 months notice for termination. This all is happening with consent of HR. What should I do now???

Have they issued a termination letter,. I would recommend, first please call the HR and discuss your concern. And then mail the same.
Also, in case your company has a Ombudsmen or an Audit department you can highlight the vendor issue to them, through mail.
Ensure that all your discussions are documented. If the above does not help, you can fight your case in labour court.
