He is a person (my reporting boss) who wants to be everything is under him on this organization and he would not allow to get any recognition to any other person in the organization. From the day one I joined I am not got any supports from him. Once I joined in the organization I sorted out the big outstanding issue of two accounts which is been lying for more than 5 months.
Now he created an illusion that I am a non performer and there I am having attitude problem to HO. Last month conversation with him CC by HO people he has been instructed me to take only single account in another area and not to handle the team who is under my control (Handled four territories). I finally agree with that to and asked the HR confirmation and shifting policy. He is not replied for that and holding my salary and travel claim.
This is not only for me, if he wont like the person under him, he simply complaining about him and hold the salary and claim, then he forced to run-away from the organization.

I think it is nothing but ego tussle. What you have to do here is calm down and think how to solve the problem.
You can talk to HR or may be some authority in your organization and you can change the team, work with different manager.
You can talk to him on a personal level and ask what is the problem, try to build rapport with him.
If nothing is working out than you do not have any other option look for another job.
All the Best!!!!

This is very often and normal issue in almost every organization. This normally happens when a subordinate is more competent than a senior. when you are more competent or hardworker, your senior\'s job his at stake. This problem becomes more acute when a junior is acclaimed or praised by senior management.
I too have lost a good job same way. When I improved my qualification, it sounded alarm bell in the mind of my Deptt. Head. It (ego problem) became more sever when a party who did not release a payment on two visits of my boss and when I went to them and handled the issue, the party released the payment.
Result- Harassment started and I had to resign because harassment takes place in behavior with you resulting disturbance in your work performance and false blames. This type of harassment has no traces behind it that can help you fight. in the case of this type of agony one is left for no choice but to resign. Otherwise it is not difficult for a management to fabricate false blame
