DEAR Seniors,
My name is Jyoti, i\' from Jamshedpur, had completed MBA in Hr and Finance in 2008. But couldn\\\'t find a job in Hr domain yet. I want to ask to all senior as how i could restart my career in HR? My reasons for drop in these years are many,includes my personnel interest in Got. job. Then in Aug 2010 i was working as lecturer till march 2011 the due to some mishaph in my family and then i developed (my back prolem) , my personnel problem that occured in 2011. Right now i\\\'m fit and want to start job in Hr. in these years i had taken 3-month SAP training in Hr during 2012 when i feel better and went to delhi in search but again i faced same kind of problem in Oct.2012 and returned to home . Now i\\\'m alright and willing to restart my career in Hr? any course or in which area i should start with, as i don\\\'t want to enter in teaching field again?Plz can your reply on my ail id: jyoti_mantra@rediffmail.com

Dear Jyoti
There is nothing wrong with your break from HR jobs.
Moreover, you have spent the intervening time well despite constraints beyond your control.
All you have to do is, to keep looking out for openings which are suitable to you and keep on applying for jobs diligently. You may also have to consider the fact that you may have to start out again as a 'fresher'.
There is no need to feel disheartened or discouraged. there is nothing wrong with you and the fact is that in HR job market the supply far exceeds the demand.
