Hi,
Would like to know if we should consider saturday & sunday as leave if an employee takes sick or earned leave on friday & monday.
What does the Shop Act & Factory's Act say regarding the same??

Dear Subhra,
Yes , you must Consider saturday and Sundayas earned leave since leave taken falls in series, however much depend on every companys Leave policies.
